METHOD FOR TREATING THE CASES OF OVARIAN CARCINOMA Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking central lymph sample in the amount of 1000-2000 ml from III-IV phase ovarian carcinoma patients in the presurgical and/or antitumor treatment period. The lymph is divided into two equal portions. One portion is incubated during 30-60 min with cytostatic agents at a dose of cyclophopsphane 500 mg/m², adriablastine 40 mg/m², cis-platinum 100 mg/m² and intravenously administered by dripping at the same day on the background of hyperhydrataion, forced diuresis, antiemetic therapy. The other lymph portion is incubated with 2 mln units of Roncoleykine during 24 h at 37 C in complete culturing medium. Washing from the culturing medium is carried out and intravenously administered by dripping at the second day after carrying out chemotherapy treatment. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in reducing tumor propagation process scale, the number of metastases and tumor size. 2 tbl
