FIELD: polygraphy, in particular, manufacture of valuable documents. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing paper for printing first sheet with increased extent of protection from falsification; providing graphical design of image, text, form series, code number, form number and bar code, and protection facilities for each of three sheets; producing sets of forms for printing of each individual sheet; preparing paper for printing of first sheet and paper for printing of second sheet and third sheet with microcapsule copying layers; printing image and text on three sheets by offset printing method; collating and glueing sheets with glue allowing sheets to be readily separated one from another. Form is composed of three sheets connected along their left-hand side. Method allows forms with improved protection from falsification to be manufactured and document to be subjected to inspection from time it is bought by buyer to time it is completely used by buyer.
