FIELD: oil pollution elimination. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiological cleaning of grounds and water reservoirs polluted by spills of crude oil and petroleum products. Bacterial preparation with commercial name "Fezhel-bio" is based on organic substrate and oil-oxidizing bacteria Mycobacterium flavesens VKPM B-6000, Mycobacterium sp. Izh4, Rhodococcus sp. 56D, Acinetobacter sp. NV-1. Organic substrate contains water, thiourea, sugar, and cellulose carrier covered by iron ferrocyanide layer. Preparation efficiently and within short period assimilates aromatic, polyaromatic, unsaturated, and isoprenoid petroleum hydrocarbons, which are more carcinogenic and toxic for living nature as compared with saturated hydrocarbons. In addition to crude oil, preparation effectively assimilates black oil, diesel fuel, kerosene. Cultures of preparation are resistant against ions of following heavy metals, phenol and formaldehyde. EFFECT: expanded cleaning possibilities of preparation. 5 cl, 8 ex
