SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel ergoline derivatives of the formula (I) where R₁ is H or group where n = 1-4; R₇ means F, Cl, C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₂ means H, Cl, Br, J, C₁-C₄-alkyl, C₁-C₄-alkylthio-group; R₃ means H, C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₄ means (i) group of formulas (c) , (d) where R₈ means H, NO₂; R₁₁ means C₁-C₄-alkyl, C₂-C_8/ -alkenyl or (ii) group of formulas (e) , (f) ; R₅ and R₆ mean H or in common they form additional bond. Compounds of the formula (I) are selective antagonists of somatostatin sst₁-receptor and can be used as medicinal agents for treatment of depression, fear state, bipolar disorders and attention deficiency and disorders associated with hyperactivity.
