FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making bone fragments reposition. Spongious bone defect is substituted with transplant when needed. Wires are perosseously brought through fragments, fracture plane and the middle one third of the tibia. Wire ends are fixed in external supports and the supports are connected with external fixation apparatus rods. Bandage from flexible material is additionally applied to thighs. The bandage is connected to the external fixation apparatus using a hinge at the level of knee joint fissure on the same side with injury. EFFECT: stable fixation of fractured bone fragments combined physiologically unloaded knee joint.
