FIELD: particles with polymer shell and their production. SUBSTANCE: invention presents composition in the form of particles with hydrophilic nucleus inside shell containing membrane including product of association (a) product of interphase condensation and formed in reaction between, mainly, soluble in oil the first reagent of interphase condensation selected from isocyanate, epoxy resin and dicarboxylic acid (or higher diacids) or its derivative which is either acid halide or anhydride having at least two first condensation groups, and mainly, water-soluble second reagent of interphase condensation selected from diamine (or higher diamines), or polyol soluble in water having at least two second condensation groups, and (b) oil-soluble or swelling in oil amphipathic polymer stabilizer which will concentrate at interphase between oil and water and which has recurrent hydrophobic groups and recurrent hydrophobic groups which are associated with the second condensation groups. Method of production of particles with hydrophilic nucleus inside shell is also described in the invention. Technical result consists in encapsulation of hydrophilic or oil nucleus.
