FIELD: metallurgy; steelmaking methods. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes charging and melting burden, refining, ladling, blowing with inert gas, addition of deoxidants, treatment with solid slag-forming mixture containing lime, fluorspar and aluminum followed by introducing calcium-silicon. At the beginning of ladling, aluminum is added at consumption specified by the following relationship: , where PA1 - is consumption of aluminum, t; (C)sam, and (S)sam are contents of carbon and sulfur-respectively in sample before ladling, %; (S)reg is required content of sulfur in metal obtained, %; 6.97, 7.47, 3.3, 0.65 are empirical coefficients obtained experimentally. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 ex
