PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE OF MONOLITHIC FLOOR PANELS AND GEAR FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, erection of residential and public buildings from monolithic reinforced concrete. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of monolithic floor panels consists in mounting of hollow- forming members in parallel to one axis of building on form of floor panel, in filling of space between hollow-forming members with light-weight concrete and in its curing. Then hollow-forming members are removed and reinforcing cages are placed in formed cavities which are later filled with heavy-weight concrete. Hollow-forming members come in the form of additional T-shaped form which shelf is hollow and column comprises two supports on joints having shape of dovetail and is fitted with drive for folding. Joints of column are located inside hollow shelf. EFFECT: enhanced bearing capacity of floor, increased heat and sound insulation properties. 5 cl, 5 dwg
