FIELD: agriculture, in particular, amelioration. SUBSTANCE: ripper has frame, hanging mechanism and working tool made in the form of cylindrical ring with sharpened front face. Cylindrical ring is connected through transition plate to frame longitudinal beam. Ripper is provided with additional knife mounted in one of pairs of openings. Slots are equally spaced from vertical axis on cylindrical ring pin. Knife is provided with blade arranged on its front part and depressions arranged on its rear part and adapted for fixing knife in cylindrical ring slots. Cutting edge on sharpened front face is made elliptical. Ripper is designed for deep ameliorative cultivation of soil.
