FIELD: fish breeding. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel of rigid construction comprising netted wall and cover with locking device. Vessel is made in the form of drum having carcass with slotted end walls, which are connected through set of longitudinal rigid members, obturator equipped with slots and attached to front end wall of drum, and blades. Obturator is movably connected to shaft, which is connected through bearing with fastening cable. Handles are attached to carcass, which is made from material having zero floatability. Apparatus may be used at enterprises engaged in artificial breeding of fish stock for collection of fish spawn at fish breeding stations. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing abiotic conditions for spawn development due to continuous mixing and increased volume of fish spawn fed to apparatus. 3 cl, 4 dwg
