FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device is a transparent vessel for incubating eggs, of cylindrical shape, tapering downwards and terminating with a neck and having upper and lower openings. The water supply system is connected to the lower opening, comprising a pipe with internal diameter of the hole, coinciding with the inner diameter of the container neck. The neck and the pipe are connected end to end, with a neck provided with a check valve to avoid falling of eggs in the water supply system. The device implements the method, according to which provide the fertilised eggs are laid into the incubation device, water supply through a lower opening is adjusted, creating an upward flow of water to support suspended eggs until the end of incubation. The supply of water during the development of eggs from the beginning stages of embryogenesis to pigmentation of the eye is produced at a rate that provides for rising of eggs in the incubation vessel with no further movement.
EFFECT: invention provides for minimal mechanical effect on eggs during incubation, and an increase in the actual release of larvae from eggs incubated.
