The blockade is carried out via the same needle introduction pierce by means of subcutaneous and subfascial infiltration of local anesthetic agent in transverse direction as roll extended from nodding muscle in anterior position to trapezoid muscle in posterior position. EFFECT: high safety and efficiency of surgical intervention; reduced risk of complications when applying subdural, epidural or subarachnoid local anesthetic agent injections.
