SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation influencing on tissue metabolism and showing antitumor activity and producer of physiologically active substances with antitumor activity. Method involves submerged culturing fungus Pleurotus ostreatus 1137 (VKPM F-819) followed by separation of mycelium from cultural liquid and isolation of biologically active substances with antibacterial activity comprising amino acids (glycine, alanine, threonine, serine, leucine) and carbohydrates (glucose, glucosamine, arabinose, xylose) by extraction with ethanol at acid or neutral pH values of medium. Invention relates to also the strain Pleurotus ostreatus 1137 (VKMP F-819) as producer of physiologically active substances showing antitumor activity. The advantage of invention involves development of preparation showing both antitumor activity and capacity to modulate symptoms of hematological toxicity of cytostatics.
