FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out transcutaneous infrared laser therapy treatment at 0.96 mcm wavelength synchronized with pulse and respiration frequency. The treatment is applied to esophagus projection zone at total dose of 180 J 30 min long twice a week until complete epithelialization is achieved. EFFECT: accelerated erosive ulcerous defect cicatrization; prolonged remission period. 6 dwg
