FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves wetting grain with water; providing soaking; removing and separating grain coats; subjecting grain to the action of continuous water fog for providing grain moisture content of 2.5-3%; soaking for 3.5-4.0 hours; moving grain inside huller in spiral path so that grain is in contact with huller internal surface in rarified volume. Wet grain is supported by movable air flow. Method allows grain coat to be kept elastic up to the end of coat removal process. EFFECT: improved preparing of grain for milling and increased efficiency. 3 dwg
