FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; applicable in percolation leaching of crushed aluminum-containing ores, cakes and other ores of nonferrous metals. SUBSTANCE: plant for percolation leaching of aluminum-containing crushed cake or aluminum-containing crushed ore includes mounting frame, conveyor with percolators secured to its and having upper and lower draining pipes, feeder for continuous charging of aluminum-containing crushed cake or aluminum-containing crushed ore into percolators with lower draining pipes cut in bottom of percolators. Method consists in that aluminum- containing crushed cake or aluminum-containing crushed ore is treated with solutions in several zones of conveyer percolation plant. Aluminate solution from percolators is drained through upper and lower draining pipes. In so doing, lower draining pipes drain 50-80% of aluminate solution. Drained from percolators aluminate solutions after every zone of leaching are supplied to percolators of previous leaching zone, except for the last ones. At last stage, hot water is supplied to percolators, except for last ones, and washed water from the last percolators is drained through lower draining pipes. EFFECT: reduced losses of aluminum oxide and alkalis. 2 dwg
