SUBSTANCE: method used for generating masks of quasiorthogonal codes to produce complex quaternary quasiorthogonal codes and quasiorthogonal codes for channel division using masks of quasiorthogonal codes and for stretching channel signals includes steps for generation of M sequences, generation of specific sequences distinguished by complete correlation with M sequence, generation of line exchange function for converting M sequence into Walsh code, generation of candidate masks by shifting specific sequences over lines with aid of line exchange function, generation of quasiorthogonal code representatives by executing operations with candidate masks and Walsh codes having same length as candidate masks, and generation of quasiorthogonal code satisfying partial correlation with Walsh codes from generated quasiorthogonal code representatives, whereupon mask related to generation of chosen quasiorthogonal code is chosen.
