FIELD: mobile communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: there is proposed device of formation of quasi-orthogonal codes securing minimal interference in mobile communication system using orthogonal codes. Device incorporates first stretcher for interference of at least one input signal by quasi-orthogonal codes, second stretcher for lengthening of another input signal by Walsh codes and pseudo-noise stretcher for complex lengthening of output signals of first and second stretchers with pseudo-noise sequences. Characteristic feature of quasi-orthogonal codes consists in that value of their particular correlation with Walsh codes does not exceed minimal limiting value of particular correlation.
