FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: dough divider has forming channels equipped with replaceable head having outlet channels, with number of outlet channels being equal to number of forming channels. Outlet channels are extending in parallel or converging with one another. Dough delivery mechanism has drive furnished with speed regulator. Dough cutting off mechanism has two knives mounted for reciprocation in opposite directions and proofing. Dough divider of such construction provides for optimal dough processing mode.
