FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for dividing dough into pieces of dough in bakery production. Dough divider comprises hopper with conical insert inside for reception and division of dough into independent flows via output holes arranged along circumference at the distance R from vertical axis of hopper. Metering chambers of dough divider are arranged under output holes of hopper in rotary table in amount of 2n, where n is number of output holes of hopper. Functionally metering chambers are divided into two parts by operations: filling and extrusion, which are arranged one after another. Metering chambers at the filling position are equipped with puncheons, which assist in suction of dough into metering chamber as puncheons move down, and at the extrusion position - by puncheons for discharge of dough pieces from metering chambers as puncheons move down. Besides puncheons at filling position and at extrusion position of metering chambers always move in opposite directions or towards each other, or to opposite sides. Movement of metering chambers from position of filling into position of discharge is carried out by rotation of table by angle of 360/2n. After metering chambers have been filled with dough, rotary table moves down by a certain value, elements of cutting device are opened, and dough piece is cut. Operation of dough divider is carried out cyclically with simultaneous distribution of dough pieces.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency, to improve quality of dough pieces, to reduce specific power inputs spent for process of dough division, and also to reduce metal intensity and dimensions of structure.
