SUBSTANCE: machine contains mechanism of dough feeding, mechanism of dough products extrusion, mechanism of dough products rolling, mechanism of dough products cutting, mechanism of dough products reception, pneumatic drive system, which contains independent pneumatic drives. Additionally machine contains controller, which controls operation of pneumatic drives, and detectors of position of pneumatic drives cylinders pistons, which send signal to controller. Pneumatic drive system contains independent pneumatic drive of dough feeding mechanism, pneumatic drive of dough products extrusion, pneumatic drive of dough products rolling mechanism and pneumatic drive of dough products cutting mechanism. Controller may be equipped with relay of time of single cycle. Mechanism of dough products extrusion may additionally contain facility of dough doses volume regulation. Mechanism of dough feeding may contain receiving hopper, rollers that are connected with gear pair, ratchet mechanism. It is preferable that mechanism of dough products extrusion contains extrusion chamber, pressing pistons, shaping cartridges; mechanism of dough products rolling contains fixed rolling pins and rolling sleeves; mechanism of dough products cutting contains spring-loaded cylindrical knives, kickers of dough products, and mechanism of dough products reception contains belt conveyor.
