FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting the first electrode in the point located 1 cm apart in medial direction relative to intersection point of a line drawn through the scapula spine and a line corresponding to vertebral edge of the scapula. The second electrode is set on the anterior surface of the trapezoid muscle near the neck base in supraclavicular area at a point belonging to the line passing through the vertebral edge of the scapula. Rheographic index, asymmetry coefficient, peripheral suprabrachial resistance are determined in initial state. Rheographic index and peripheral suprabrachial resistance are determined after functional test w neck turned towards the injured side. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. 2 tbl
