FIELD: videotraining equipment. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with exercises for eyes, predominantly to remove ocular fatigue in operators users of computer or other devices who are inevitably subjected to harmful impact of display's radiation. The suggested three- dimensional training equipment contains a device to form the set of desired three-dimensional pictures including a set's carrier, for example, as a multiplex hologram installed with a shift upon a disk. The latter has the possibility to rotate being connected with reproduction unit of desired holographic picture. A control block as a step-type engine installs a multiplex hologram into desired position. Several different carriers could be installed upon a disk. The suggested three-dimensional training equipment is highly multipurpose and efficient for it enables to remove any kind of ocular fatigue (oculomotor, accommodative, retinal, color or any of their combination) and favors to train the main characteristics of human visual system (visual acuity and field, color feeling, visual estimation, etc.).
