FIELD: medicine; medical equipment; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: eye trainer has to be glasses, which have two non-transparent perforated plates with through round-shaped holes. Plates are inserted into frame of glasses. Axes of through holes are disposed in parallel to each other and in perpendicular to outer surface of plates. Distance l between centers of adjacent holes is equal or shorter than 2,5d. Diameter d of any hole relates to thickness t of plate equals to d= (1,25-1,35)h. Efficiency of recovering training can be improved at treating of vision's malfunction as well as tiredness and problems with vision can be removed during process of industrial activity.

EFFECT: reduced duration of training course for removing accommodation spasm.
