FIELD: medicine, medicinal equipment. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with conservative treatment of vertebral column and could be used for subaqueous vertebral extension in a bath. The method deals with continuous precisely controlled loading to adapt a patient to ascending efforts. The bottom is fixed by hinges at one of bath's sides and supplied with a mechanism to move in vertical direction of its opposite side. Loading mechanism is designed as a screw-type hand drive connected through a dynamometer with an element for patient's lumbar fixation.
