FIELD: electric erosion machining of metal by passing high-density electric current through blank. SUBSTANCE: tool holder is made in the from of hollow box-shaped component. Jig plate is mounted for displacement relative to holder. Parallel electrode bars are passed through matched holes in jig plate and holder. Holes in jig plate and holder are formed by crossing slots made on their upper and lower surfaces. Slot depth equals half the thickness of jig plate. Side walls of jig plate slots are tilted through 1-3 deg. to electrode axis. EFFECT: enhanced precision of tool positioning and its reliability. 4 dwg
