GREASE FOR METAL MOLDS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of building materials, particularly, mold greases applicable in manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete articles. SUBSTANCE: grease for metal molds includes used motor oil, emulsifier in the form of saponified tall pitch, additive and water. Additive is used in the form of nitric acid. Grease for metal molds has the following ratio of components, wt.%: used motor oil, 20-30; saponified tall pitch, 2.0-3.0; nitric acid, 0.2-0.4; water, the balance. EFFECT: improved quality of article surfaces, excluded corrosion of metal molds, reduced cost of grease.
