SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula: X¹-Leu-His-Lys(R¹)-Leu-Gln-Thr-(R²)-Pro-Y where X¹ means H-, A¹O-CO-, H-Lys-(R³)-Leu-Ser-Gln-Glu(B⁴)-, A¹O-CO-Lys(R³)-Leu-Ser-Gln-Glu(B⁴)-; Y means OH, -Arg-Thr-Asn-Thr -Gly-Ser-Gly-Thr-Pro-NH₂; A¹ means tert. -butyl; R¹ is protective group of the formula B¹O-CO- for epsilon-amino-group of Lys residue; R² is protective group of the formula B²O-CO-for hydroxyl-group of Tyr residue; R³ is protective group of the formula B³O-CO- for epsilon-amino-group of Lys residue; R⁴- is protective group for gammacarboxyl group of Glu residue being B¹, B², B³, B⁴ can be similar or different and they are taken among the order: 2-alkylsulfonylethyl, 2-phenylsulfonyl- -ethyl, 2-(substituted aryl)-sulfonylethyl.
