FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conjugates of a binder with drug molecules. The conjugate has a formula 
where BINDER is an anti-HER2 antibody, anti-EGFR antibody, anti-TWEAKR antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, L is a linker, in which amino acids exist in natural L-configuration, n is a number from 1 to 20, and KSP is kinesin spindle (a drug) inhibitor, where this formula has structures specified in par. 1. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on the above-mentioned conjugate.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining conjugates useful for treatment and/or prevention of diseases, such as hyperproliferative and/or angiogenic diseases.
