Proposed turbine control device provides regulation of turbine load changing cycle with use of limiting unit to which value for variable setting of time interval t_v of load changing process is applied and at which definition of turbine adjusting parameter (VAR) for executing load changing cycle is carried out at time interval t_v with account of maximum tolerable limit value. Preliminary determination of fatigue of material for load changing cycle realized according to turbine adjusting parameter VAR is performed in wear check unit. Invention relates also to method of regulation of turbine load changing cycle. Such design of turbine and such method of control provided changes of turbine operating conditions corresponding to requirements of power generation.
