Note here that fatigue index inherent in current state of component fatigue is defined. Note also that forecast fatigue is defined. Besides, component with maximum forecast fatigue is identified as drive component, while for multiple preset changes of states, defined is drive component forecast fatigue. Mind that proceeding from certain forecast fatigue values, one of state changes is selected and initiated.
