FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed process includes air admission to gas-turbine unit and its compression in compressor wherefrom it is passed to combustion chamber; then it is expanded in turbine and the latter actuates compressor and electric generator. Turbine exhaust gases are passed as heating medium through heat-transfer apparatus. Part of compressed air in the amount of 0.1-20% is transferred to compressor inlet. Amount of compressed air being transferred is regulated depending on ambient temperature and air temperature in the beginning of heating season. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability; enhanced thermal efficiency of unit at ambient temperature lower than air temperature in the beginning of heating season. 1 dwg
