GEAR FORMING FLOW OF HOT GASEOUS EFFLUENT RESISTANT TO DISPERSION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: environmental control, reduction of degree of pollution of stagnant pockets in surface atmospheric layer with gas effluents. SUBSTANCE: gear forming flow of hot gaseous effluents resistant to dispersion includes cylindrical extension piece coaxially put chimney entrance in which body bimetal membrane whose diameter equals diameter of extension piece body is anchored opposite to outlet hole-diaphragm. Lid of extension piece is mobile, inlet branch pipe is joined to ring gas conduit that has slit hole opened to space of chamber over perimeter of membrane directly above its surface. Lower side of membrane is linked by means of carrier to spacer mounted uniaxially to adjustable hole of springy diaphragm, lid, body and spacer are made of heat insulation material. Gear makes it feasible to create vortex formation leading to spinning of portion of gas coming into it into smoke ring displaying elasticity, stable to action of wind, expanding in air as atmospheric pressure drops, capable of passing long distance before dispersion. Feed of smoke to high altitude reduces pollution of lower layers of atmospheres. EFFECT: improved city ecology. 1 dwg
