FIELD: instrumentation, measurement of temperature of heated articles in various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: photodetector has photodiode 1, power supply source and differential amplifier 4. Cathode 2 of photodiode 1 is connected to first input 3 of differential amplifier 4 and its anode is connected to second input 7 of mentioned amplifier which output 10 is output 11 of photodetector. Photodetector also incorporates adjustable resistor 12 functioning as element of negative feedback which is connected in parallel with photodiode 1 and controlling input 13 of adjustable resistor is connected to output 10 of differential amplifier 4. EFFECT: maintenance of concentration constancy of charge carriers in semiconductor material of photodiode under changes of value of input light signal of photodiode and heating-cooling temperature of photodiode. 10 cl, 5 dwg
