FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: variable optical radiation photosensor includes a photodiode, a power supply, a differential amplifier and a field-effect transistor, the gate of which is connected to one plate of a first capacitor and through a first resistor to the output of the differential amplifier, wherein said photosensor includes a second and a third resistor and a second capacitor, which is connected between the output and the inverting input of the differential amplifier, the non-inverting input of which is connected to a neutral bus and the anode of the photodiode, the cathode of which is connected to the second plate of the first capacitor, through the second resistor to the source of the field-effect transistor and through the third resistor to the inverting input of the differential amplifier, wherein the drain of the field-effect transistor is connected to the power supply, and the source of the field-effect transistor is the output of the device.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the photosensor to variable optical radiation in conditions of high constant illumination and variation of ambient illumination level in a wide range.
