FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tillage unit has self-propelled vehicle, frame and rotary chain-type leveler with ripping teeth. Leveler teeth are inclined with respect to longitudinal axis of leveler. Teeth inclination angle coincides with inclination angle of harrow disk cutting edge, but it is oriented in opposite direction. Length of cantilevered parts of teeth is equal to size of harrow disk curved part. Teeth spacing is selected such that end of previous tooth is aligned with leading end of subsequent tooth. Radial total size of opposite teeth and leveler link is smaller than diameter of harrow disk. Frame has longitudinal beams and transverse beams rigidly joined to longitudinal beams. Additional transverse beam is composed of two pivotally connected parts and is adapted for binding cantilevered members of frame longitudinal beams. Cantilevered members are mounted for rotation in horizontal plane and are equipped with vertical flexible tines for attachment of chain-type leveler through rotators. Rotators are made in the form of closed cylindrical casings equipped with internal rods, whose heads rest upon metal-filled plastic bushings or glass-reinforced plastic bushings. Agricultural unit of such construction is used for presowing preparation of soil. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 13 dwg
