Swivel cross beams are secured on the front and rear parts of the plow. The beams have posts with rotating axles secured in the lower part. A cone-shaped ripping tooth and a disk knife are rigidly fastened on the axle of the front post, and the rear post has only a disk knife. Chain harrow 4 is attached to ends of both axles. The bars are joined with the plow by means of fluid-operated cylinders for lifting the harrow (traveling position), or the cylinders alternately lift the harrow ends for self-cleaning.
