FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: self-filling cushion has supporting chamber made in the form of three-dimensional body adapted for receiving fluid delivered therein and provided with slot formed in upper part of three-dimensional body and designed for accommodating high-pressure chamber, hollow collapsible high-pressure chamber of variable volume having air opening. Said chamber changes its volume when moved to collapsed position. Channel is connected between supporting chamber and high-pressure chamber. At least one pressure accumulation chamber connected between high-pressure chamber and supporting chamber is provided with inlet opening communicated with first one-way valve and with outlet opening communicated with second one-way valve. High pressure chamber is communicated with pressure accumulating chamber through first one-way valve for preventing back flow from pressure accumulating chamber to high pressure chamber. One-way valve is connected between high pressure chamber and supporting chamber for providing air flow from collapsible high pressure chamber into supporting chamber upon compression of high pressure chamber with foot. Air-cushion of such construction may be used in shoe. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 23 cl, 10 dwg
