FIELD: water purifications by filtering in domestic water supply. SUBSTANCE: cartridge filter has cylindrical body separated by horizontal partition with holes into initial liquid chamber and filtrate chamber; coaxially located filter member grainy filter media and water inlet and outlet pipes. Filter member and grainy filter media are made of sintered nonrusting metal powder with pores of not more 40 mcm size. In this case, grainy filter media are located on both sides of filter member up to one half of its height. EFFECT: higher quality of water purification and filter regeneration. 2 dwg
