SUBSTANCE: machine has base, electromechanical drive mounted on base and equipped with crank mechanism and slide, working table, upper and lower cutters arranged in single plane. Slide has stop-ejector extending beyond table surface and reciprocating in slot formed in table surface. Upper and lower cutters are made in the form of bodies of rotation and mounted for rotation on spindles. Each cutter has conical working part and cylindrical guiding part.
