FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: multicore panel has at least one load-carrying layer from structural concrete, and heat-insulating layer is made of structural heat-insulating concrete. Reinforcing cage is located in load-carrying layer and mounting loops are brought to above heat-insulating layer. Besides, load-carrying layer is made, for instance, either of expanded-clay concrete, or from heavy foam concrete, and heat-insulating layer is made, for instance, from light foam concrete. Installed in heat-insulating layer is net, and spacers are installed between net and reinforcing cage. Net and reinforcing cage are interconnected by flexible ties and net has anticorrosive coating. Net is made, for instance, zinc-plated, and each flexible tie and spacer are mare, for instance, of glass-reinforced plastic. Said multicore panel is used in construction of various buildings and structures, particularly, in manufacture of wall panels, ceiling and roof panels.
