FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to building of layered external walls for residential and civil buildings, and can be used for external heat insulation of buildings during repair or reconstruction of old housing. Assigned task is solved by fact, that proposed solution in advance, before mounting external wall mounting strips are secured at frame crossbars, then to mounting strips, posts and crossbars additional layer of plate heat insulation material is secured, wherein mounting strips are installed throughout height of walls between posts of frame with step, equal to size of additional layer of heat insulation boards, and heater is mounted in horizontal rows with vertical seams and fixed on side of additional layer of heat insulation board to mounting strips by screws and spacers with plug.

EFFECT: technical task of creation of such method of external heat insulation of buildings is on one side to reduce thermal and technical inhomogeneity of building wall insulation and thus increasing energy efficiency of buildings, on opposite side improved technological effectiveness of whole system of external heat insulation of buildings.
