FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, multilayer building heat-insulating and structural heat-insulating members designed for civil and industrial buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: multilayer building material is made in the form of monoblock having external and internal guard layers of finely porous turbulently cavitated foam concrete and self-carrying intermediate layer from heat-insulating material with accessible porosity selected from group including foamed, fibrous, granulated compositions and their combinations. Joint between heat-insulating layer and foam concrete layer is undetachable in the form of transition layer with structure formed by dispersed phase of foam concrete in boundary volume of heat insulation. In manufacture of multilayer building member, heat-insulating layer is located and locked in process mold with gaps relative to its walls, and said gaps are filled with turbulently cavitated foam concrete mixture to provide for penetration of dispersed phase of foam concrete into boundary volume of heat insulation. Mixture setting process is carried out in autoclaveless conditions. EFFECT: higher operating characteristics. 2 cl, 1 dwg
