FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermally insulated pipes and shaped products with thermal insulation based on polyurethane foam for underground and aboveground laying of heat networks, heating mains and process pipelines operated at a coolant temperature of more than 130 °C. Heat hydro insulation pipeline article and the method of its manufacture contain a pipeline element and successively located above it thermal insulation and waterproofing. Thermal insulation contains a layer of high-temperature thermal insulation on the surface of the pipeline element made of a material based on airgel of silicon dioxide and above it a layer of thermal insulation made of polyurethane foam with temperature at the interface between the layer of high-temperature thermal insulation – the layer of insulation made of polyurethane foam is not more than 130 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the operational properties and reliability of the use of thermally insulated pipeline products.
