SUBSTANCE: pipeline comprises metallic pipe provided with a heat insulating coating and outer nondetachable polymeric water proofing shell. The heat insulating coating is made of polyurethane based on ozone-nondestructive freons, the volume composition of closed pores of which after foaming and foam solidifying is at least 88%. The polyurethane composition before foaming comprises water, ozone-nondestructive soft freon, and polyisocyanate . The water proofing shell is made of a low-pressure polyethylene.
EFFECT: reduced heat losses and prolonged service life of hydraulic insulation .
