FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in internal combustion engines, positive displacement hydraulic machines and compressors. Piston machine has housing, control mechanism and cylinders with pistons. They are coupled with each piston by lever, piston and lever connecting rods. It has single-throw crankshaft coupled by lever connected rod with positively displaced joint. Extreme joint of lever is connected with piston connecting rod. Middle joint is made for positive displacement along lever by means of control mechanism. Vibrating shaft installed in housing bearings carries lever and rockers. Control, mechanism is provided with nut on positively displacement joint and screw arranged along lever for rotation relative to lever and forming screw pair with nut. Worm pair has worm wheel secured on screw and worm of zero entry installed coaxially with vibrating shaft for movement in axial direction with possibility of positive axial displacement under action of hydraulic cylinder.
