SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism has control handle, drive and driven shafts mounted in bearings and unit for converting the unidirectional rotation of drive shaft into oscillatory rotation of driven shaft at change of amplitude of oscillations; it includes carriage mounted rotatably in body, oscillating member mounted on carriage and connected with drive shaft for performing oscillations at constant amplitude, for example rocker arm; it also includes inclined crank mounted in trunnions of driven shaft and rotary-and-translational pair and link articulated with oscillating member.
EFFECT: improved service characteristics; simplified construction; low cost.
