SUBSTANCE: adaptive filter incorporating surface acoustic wave device with adjustable complex transfer function and intended for use where adaptive signal filtration or adaptive correction in electric communication links of data transmission systems is required to overcome distortions in data transmission has input splitter and output adder, two groups (input and output) of interdigital transducers mounted on common acoustic duct, and 2N adjustable amplifiers connected to outputs of quadrature subchannels in output interdigital transducers. Novelty is that interdigital transducers form N narrow-band partial filters constituting strip of adjacent-frequency filters in frequency band with similar passband width equal to δf = ΔF/(N-1), where ΔF is band of signal being processed, each partial filter being provided with adjustable-amplitude narrow-band quadrature subchannels. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of adaptive filters suited to process high-speed and broadband signals. 2 dwg
