FIELD: radio and digital engineering; processing signals of satellite communication line. SUBSTANCE: proposed station for controlling signals coming from satellite communication lines of "one-channel-per-carrier" type that affords detection of coverage areas has series-connected antenna with guiding system, polarizer, and two reception and demodulation channels, each incorporating series-connected low- noise amplifiers, frequency changers, radio receiver, optimal filtering unit, and coherent demodulator. Frame synchronizer incorporating burst separator is inserted in second channel for processing time-division multiple access signals. Then digital signals received are processed by hardware or software means. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of signal processing and coverage area detection. 1 cl, 2 dwg
