FIELD: forestry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting tree trunks in lower part of base at portions adjoining to sites, where dormant buds are concentrated, during care cuttings and renewal cuttings; forming sites of emergence of sprouts by injuring mother tree roots through forming openings of 20-25 cm depth at an angle not exceeding 45 deg to longitudinal axis of plant rows and spacing not exceeding 2.0 m; wetting injured parts with chemical agent immediately after tree injury; forming new sprouts by providing segmental cuttings and wetting mother tree roots with mixture of creosote and naphthaleneacetic acid, said components being used in doses of 200 ml and 100 ml per 1 liter of water, respectively, when openings are formed at an angle of at least 25 deg and spacing of at least 1.5 m.
